contract that is made orally between the two parties is nonetheless enforceable.

the employees have obligations under the psychological contract to prevent any
possible breaches. For example, the employer must make sure that the employees
receive accurate information and that promises are followed; on the other side,
employees must manage their own expectations appropriately to avoid having a
detrimental effect on productivity from personal circumstances or challenging
situations. A balanced contract that benefits both parties and prevents a
psychological contract violation can be achieved by taking the aforementioned
facts into account.
